Amac
Amac is a fast-growing Apple Premium Reseller with over 46 stores throughout the Netherlands. The company offers Apple products as well as accessories for these Apple products. On a busy day, some 7,000 transactions with 18,000 lines are sold via Retail XML and processed in the SAP Business One database.
Aiden provided IT support to Amac during acquisitions and new store openings. Aiden has been servicing Amac's Private Cloud since 2010, including the B2C, B2B and B2E Magento web shops, full ICT management, and the warehouse management scanning solution. The XML/EDI link based on serial numbers with suppliers is very important for Amac, as a reseller, for their procurement process and aftersales.
