Successful re-implementation of SAP Business One at Keyser & Mackay

In September 2020, Aiden started a re-implementation of SAP Business One on HANA at Keyser & Mackay. The go-live took place on October 4, 2021, during which all Keyser & Mackay offices have switched to the new SAP Business One environment.

For the re-implementation of SAP Business One on HANA, eight new administrations have been set up with seven different localizations. Managing article master data, supplier master data, users, sellers and employees is now done from one central master database.

Master data is sent from this master database to the local databases using the XML web server. For Keyser & Mackay, master data management is now centralized instead of seven different administrations.

At the seven different local administrations, all procedures and working methods have been harmonized and various new procedures have been introduced and set up.

Go live in October

The go-live took place on October 4, everyone at Keyser & Mackay started working in the new environment from that day on. An exciting moment that went extremely well and where we can look back on a very successful project.

Keyser & Mackay has been working with SAP Business One for 15 years and has more than 110 active SAP Business One users. Keyser & Mackay runs their environment at Aiden in the private cloud of which Aiden manages the entire IT environment.

In addition, Keyser & Mackay also uses various other solutions such as Scanning XML, Intercompany tool, Image capture and various links have been made to other third party solutions.

From Keyser & Mackay there was a need to streamline the working methods between the different offices, to clean up data and to set up new (HANA) functionalities.
