Do you have a question, or is your solution not working as intended? Then you can contact Aiden's Central Skilled Service Desk. During office hours, our help desk is staffed by experienced SAP consultants and is available to all our customers for both large and small questions.

One portal for all your questions and notifications

Our online customer portal is the most efficient way to request help from the Central Skilled Service Desk. If you experience problems with the solution you are using, you can report them here. It is also the place where you will find an overview of all the reports you have made, as well as information about the status of your reports and notification texts about the solutions.

Would you prefer to speak one-on-one with an SAP consultant to ask a quick question or explain your report in more detail? That is always possible.

During office hours, the Central Skilled Service Desk is staffed by experienced SAP consultants. If we can't handle your report directly, we'll forward it to the Aiden expert who has the right knowledge of your business processes or solution. This is also how we solve the more complex problems.

Skilled Service Desk

Our Central Skilled Service Desk is available to all our customers. During office hours, our permanent team of experts is at your disposal. Outside office hours, our Central Skilled Service Desk is only available to customers with an extended service window. For example, this could apply for organizations that need standby service at certain times or businesses that want to rely on 24/7 service.
